Consultative Selling

Sell better, sell well!

This course is offered by the Commission scolaire Marguerite-Bourgeoys, in partnership with the SAJE, to entrepreneurs and self-employed workers who want to optimize the development of their clientele and acquire good sales techniques. The participants will learn to master all the steps of the sales process and be able to adapt them to their own business project :

  • Making contact
  • Assessing needs
  • Proposing a negotiated and adapted solution
  • Providing after-sales follow-up

For 20 weeks, at 30 hours a week, entrepreneurs and self-employed workers will alternate work and study. The objective of this program is to give promoters the knowledge and tools they need for commercial negotiations. It offers a set of skills focused on the entrepreneurial approach and sales, combined with role-playing workshops, all driven by a team of experienced trainer-consultants.

By the end of the program, the promoters will be able to identify the important points in the sales conversation and establish a business climate conducive to win-win relationships.

Reformulate, argue, negotiate, respond to objectives and conclude sales: these are the techniques that are used to achieve the target objectives. At the end of the course, the participants will receive a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS or DEP in French) from the Commission scolaire Marguerite-Bourgeoys.
